Accessibility:

There is limited blue badge parking available please ask at Wilberforce House reception or telephone 01482 616428 in advance of your visit to discuss your requirements.  Alternatively two on street blue badge only parking bays are available on Ghandi Way approximately 70m from the Museums Quarter entrance. Unfortunately the Arctic Corsair Trawler is not wheelchair accessible, but the deck of the ship can be viewed from the river side. Between deck levels there are several steep stairways which you need to go down backwards and low ceilings and watertight doors with a high step. So this is not suitable for young children or people with physical impairments. It is advisable to wear sensible shoes onboard for your own safety. The nearest public toilets including wheelchair accessible and baby changing facilities are in The Hull and East Riding Museum.

Brief Description:

The Arctic Corsairs is Hull’s last sidewinder trawler. Take a free guided tour on board and you will find out all about life at sea, and all the dangers faced by the deep sea fisherman.
