Accessibility:

The dungeon is generally accessible to all, with some restrictions in areas due to the building being a grade II listed building. Some floor surfaces may be uneven, however the majority of pathways are level with specialised stair lifts and low gradient slopes. A Manual wheelchair is available to hire. The closest car parks are Picadilly car park and Castle car park. Accessible toilets located via a seperate entrance next to the main doors and also part way through the tour by the mirror maze. The dungeon is dark with some uneven surfaces. Anyone with sight or visual impairment may find it difficult to navigate. Assistance dogs are welcome, however there are mist, smells and loud sound effects during the tour that may not be suitable.
